Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all tk-12 public and private school employees, all El Dorado County Office of Education employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID-19 testing. Job Purpose Statement: Under general supervision of the Executive Director of Human Resources, performs complex, varied and confidential duties with an emphasis on Human Resources Department functions. This position is responsible for recordkeeping and accounting functions, as well as tasks related to classified and certificated employees, personnel classification and compensation plans, and other projects and duties as required.

Experience: A minimum of two years of human resources experience, or four years prior secretarial and administrative experience of an increasingly responsible nature. Education: Education at a level necessary to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. An ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, the ability to work under time constraints, have a friendly and warm personality, and the ability to work in a team environment.
