Position Purpose: Ensures the front office functions properly on a daily basis. The Spring Hill School seeks a high-energy, self-starting office coordinator who enjoys wearing many hats and working in a challenging but fulfilling environment. Essential Functions *Be Positive, Organized, Reliable, and Collaborative *Welcome students and parents to campus each day. *Welcome visitors and notify employees of guest arrival. *Manage student attendance and absences *Sort and distribute incoming mail; receive and send FedEx, UPS, and other packages; and notify employees to pick up packages. *Assist with document preparation and other office duties as directed. *Coordinate schedules as required for the Head of School and Associate Head of School, and Campus Directors. *Coordinate facilities repairs with outside contractors *Coordinate, monitor, and collect family forms and parent driver forms throughout the year. *Manage the process of notifying families of immunization requirements and collect updated records yearly. *Coordinate and participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development days. *Supervise students when needed. Qualifications: Degree/certificate in business, communications, or facilities a plus. A minimum of two years of experience as an office manager, office coordinator, or receptionist.
