Position Purpose: Ensures the front office functions properly on a daily basis. The Spring Hill School seeks a high-energy, self-starting office coordinator who enjoys wearing many hats and working in a challenging but fulfilling environment. Essential Functions *Be Positive, Organized, Reliable, and Collaborative *Welcome students and parents to campus each day. *Welcome visitors and notify employees of guest arrival. *Manage student attendance and absences *Sort and distribute incoming mail; receive and send FedEx, UPS, and other packages; and notify employees to pick up packages. *Assist with document preparation and other office duties as directed. *Coordinate schedules as required for the Head of School and Associate Head of School, and Campus Directors. *Coordinate facilities repairs with outside contractors *Coordinate, monitor, and collect family forms and parent driver forms throughout the year. *Manage the process of notifying families of immunization requirements and collect updated records yearly. *Coordinate and participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development days. *Supervise students when needed. Qualifications: Degree/certificate in business, communications, or facilities a plus. A minimum of two years of experience as an office manager, office coordinator, or receptionist. Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technology tools driven.
