Extended School Year (ESY) is a popular program with our students and staff every summer. We are searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support and training to staff in appropriate behavioral assessment, behavioral intervention techniques and the development and execution of behavioral intervention plans.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Master’s Degree from an accredited university desirable. • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Specialized training in managing assertive, aggressive, and/or non-compliant behavior. • Experience working in a school setting One step shall be granted for each full-year of licensed service as a Behavior Analyst, up to step 9.

These requirements must be met prior to beginning employment and will be requested upon job offer acceptance. • Fingerprint and Background clearance (paid by employer) • Pre-employment physical (paid by employer) • Valid Tuberculosis clearance (covered by employer, if needed) • Mandated Child Abuse Reporter Training (free, online) PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO WORKING THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE PROGRAM (19 DAYS)
