Comments and Other Information
• Have great attention to detail which assists with keeping the facility clean. They are also motivated, responsible, independent and have excellent time management skills.
• Proven working experience as a Janitor
• Experience as a handyperson
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Attention to detail
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree
• SECURITY AND COMMUNICATION - Make sure all doors are locked and alarm is set
• Complete punch list and check communication log submitted monthly
