Position Summary The Dean of Students is responsible for ensuring that all students are receiving the socio-emotional services that meet each student’s identified and targeted needs. The leader establishes effective communication and accountability structures, manages student behavior challenges, monitors the Multi-Tier System of Supports (SST Team), coordinates with outside service providers and interns as needed, and will assist in leading Social Emotional Learning professional development throughout the school year.
