Attach to Application: Letter of Introduction Resume Letter of Recommendation Must be certified school bus driver. Copies of Class B California Driver's License, California School Bus Driver Certificate & medical card are required, plus H6 (driving record) from DMV. Completion of the 12th grade Must be able to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
Upon conditional offer of employment: Upon Conditional Offer of Employment - Department of Justice Criminal Background Check completed at the district office for a fee of $30. If you have lived outside of the state of California in the past 5 years, you will also need to complete an FBI background check for an additional fee of $17.00. - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - Post Offer Pre-Placement physical and 50 pound lift test - Complete district training on Mandated Reporter, Covid 19, and Sexual Harassment Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all TK-12 public and private school employees, all Folsom Cordova Unified School District employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID-19 testing.
