Job Summary

Under the direction of the principal, is responsible for certain programs in the school, such as counseling, student services, guidance, athletics, co-curricular activities and plant management. Supervises and evaluates teachers, counselors, and classified staff. Oversees student discipline, school events, including some evening events, and attendance records. Collaborates in the development of the master schedule. Communicates with parents and other members of the community; and other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Under the direction of the Principal, administers certain programs in the school, such as counseling, student services, guidance, athletics, co-curricular activities and plant management; supervises and evaluates teachers, counselors, and classified staff; supervises students and administers the school program for student discipline and control; supervises school events, including some evening events; supervises attendance records for students; participates in the development of a master schedule; interprets the programs of the district to parents and other members of the community; and other related duties as assigned.
