Operate a school bus over designated routes to transport school children; assist in the routine maintenance of a school bus; perform related work as required.

Must be over eighteen years of age. Must have a clean driving record. Selected applicants will be enrolled in district sponsored bus driver training class. In order to be hired as a Substitute Bus Driver, the applicant must be able to obtain appropriate California Driver's License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, a current medical first aid certificate, possession or ability to obtain; commercial drivers license with proper endorsements, a current special certificate to drive a school bus and verification of first aid training for school bus drivers.
