Requirements / Qualifications
Equivalent to graduation from high school, preferably supplemented by course work in office skills. A minimum of two years of progressively responsible secretarial and clerical experience, preferably in a school setting is desired. To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Please note that we require three references, one of them must be a supervisor (current or past).

Upon hiring, TB and Fingerprint Clearance (at applicant's expense) will be required prior to employment. CPR and First Aid certification will be required within 6 months of employment. Passing the Clerical Skills Level II test is a requirement for this position. If you've already taken and passed this test or higher, you do not need to take it again. Qualified applicants who have not taken or passed the test previously, will be contacted for testing.
