      All employees must sign an oath of allegiance to the constitution of the State of California and the United States, must be of good moral character, must obtain evidence of a negative TB test. And will be required to provide evidence of citizenship or appropriate immigration status. CA law requires public educational employees to be fingerprinted for the purpose of a confidential background investigation at the time of employment, whether or not the employee has previously been fingerprinted.
