Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned administrator, provide speech and language assessments and therapy to students who have a variety of handicapping conditions; determine eligibility for services and therapy; provide therapy in the areas of receptive and expressive language, articulation, stuttering and voice; support the transition of students through the education system. The Speech-Language Pathologist directly provides assessment and speech therapy to special education students based on individual IEP’s. The SLP provides oversight and supervision to the SLPA(s).

Three Letters of Reference Letter of Interest Current Resume Pass Pre-Employment Physical Valid California Class C Driver's License Background Check Any Combination Equivalent to: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, Audiology or Related Field. Valid California State Teaching Credential for Speech, Language and Hearing. Valid authorization to serve as a Remedial Speech and Language Specialist.

Speech Pathologists that receive and maintain the CCC shall receive an additional $1,000 annually.
