Join the dynamic team at Trinity County Office of Education as we enhance our support services for school districts within Trinity County, CA! The Trinity County Office of Education is now recruiting for a new team member to perform accounting and business operations functions for our office and the school districts that we support. In this role, the successful candidate will assist the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services in a variety of duties including budgeting, cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, preparation of district contracts, posting of financial records and related duties. The successful candidate will also serve on a number of oversight teams and committees that provide essential financial and risk assessment information to TCOE and our school districts. Interested candidates should possess a robust knowledge of governmental (educational environment preferred) fund accounting practices and budget procedures and possess proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) and Escape Online 5 is preferred. We serve nine school districts and just under 1,500 students in beautiful, rural northern California. In Addition To Salary:
Educational stipends ranging from $250 - $1000 if applicable + Signing bonus of $3,000 w/a 3 year commitment, + Moving Allowance up to $2,000 if relocating

Annual district health and welfare contribution ranging from $6302 up to $15,854 depending on employee's coverage level choice. Includes 100% district paid dental and vision benefits.
