All classroom assistants must have one of the following: AA degree or higher from an accredited college or university; 48 or more college semester units from an accredited college or university; verification of passing results from a county-wide instructional assistant examination as required by NCLB. Previous experience with ABA Applied Behavior Analysis (Severely Handicapped/Profoundly Handicapped) desired but not required.
