Prospective substitute teachers are to submit the following items prior to being considered for employment: 1. Online application 2. CBEST Results or equivalency form issued by any CA County Office of Education 3. COVID-19 vaccination record 4. Credential/or Emergency 30 Day Certificate/or Emergency 30/90 Day for prospective teachers certificate. 5. University/College transcripts (unofficial transcripts are accepted prior to employment.) 6. Preferred Google Classroom Experience 7. Preferred Distance Learning Experience
Once your application has been reviewed, an interview will be scheduled as appropriate. After the interview, an employment background reference check is conducted and you will be contacted to complete the District employment forms. Prior to employment, you will need to provide official University/College transcripts. If you fail to attach the documents requested your application will not be considered.
