1. Copy of California Single Subject Teaching Credential – Physical Education 2. Current Resume 3. Current Copy of Transcripts 4. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation signed within the last 12 months. It is recommended that at least one (1) come from a supervising administrator. 5. Letter of Intent addressed to Mark Atkins, Director of Human Resources
