This is a 196-day position; Hours vary depending on the week with an approximate 700 total hours. Salary: Range CL 13 Site: Oak Park High School Under the supervision of a high school administrator, performs a variety of specialized and complex work pertaining to textbook services. Maintains, distributes, and catalogs textbooks and other related materials.

          Knowledge of: Proficient in the use of Q Text Inventory program is preferred but will train, scanning devices, barcode technology, recordkeeping, printable records and book organization procedures Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and related office programs Correct English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and composition Modern office organization, procedures and practices Numerical, alphabetical and subject matter filing systems Methods used in preparing statistical reports
