Do you have excellent office skills? Great customer service skills? Are you looking for a position with benefits? Be an integral member of the Branciforte Small Schools Staff! Under the direction of the Principal, provide administrative assistance, skilled secretarial and clerical work in support of the daily operations of a school office or department; student data and enrollment information into assigned computer system; maintain student records; provide transcripts; prepare reports for teachers, administrators and other school staff. This position primarily operates out of the counseling office in middle schools.

Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact. An Associate’s Degree can be substituted for experience.
