Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned administrator, the Technology Training Specialist is responsible to assist the organization with technology training, end-user application support, and implementation of enterprise applications across the organization. The Technology Training Specialist will be responsible for: 1) providing an ongoing end-user training program for all levels of staff in the use of hardware, software applications, and peripherals; 2) developing training/courses and supporting materials, which will address a continuum of end-user needs; 3) act as a resource for technology application support; and 4) train end-user on recommended practices and procedures to safeguard information and minimize the risk of data loss.

Any combination equivalent to an Associate’s Degree and four years' increasing experience providing technology support, application training to groups and individuals, and/or related activities. Experience with Windows, Google, Apple platforms, peripherals, and applications.
