Job Summary

Job Summary

Site Supervisor ASES works independently under the general supervision of the Child Development Program Director and the After School Specialist. Operate and maintain an after school program to the standards set by the Child Development Division of the California Department of Education, Community Care Licensing-Title 22 and Lake County Office of Education’s terms. Site Supervisor is responsible to develop and implement a curriculum and maintain an environment that is safe, appropriate and meets the individual needs of the children enrolled in the program. Responsible for the direct supervision of all children enrolled in the after school program, as well as the direct supervision of all staff members, including parent volunteers. Facilitates and maintains program organization through appropriate and accurate record keeping and reporting requirements.

Must have equivalence of two years' college completion, A.A. Degree, or passage of the Paraprofessional Exam administered by the Lake County Office of Education. To take the Paraprofessional Exam, please contact Human Resources at 262-4151.
