- High School Diploma or equivalent Must meet one of the following: - Three (3) years of responsible and varied secretarial and clerical experience; OR - Two (2) years at or equivalent to the level of Secretary with Fontana Unified School District - Please read "Job Description/Essential Elements" above to review additional required experience for this position. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION: - Experience with modern office software, such as Microsoft Office Software. - Experience working in a K-12 or higher education landscape, or public agency setting. - Experience with gathering data for reporting purposes and reconciling budgets.
Proof of certificates, education,etc. will be required upon recommendation for employment.

TESTING: Qualified applicants will be notified via email regarding testing for this position.
TESTING WILL BE TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED BY 11/26/21.
INTERVIEWS WILL BE TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED BY 12/5/21.
As of October 15, 2021, the California Department of Public Health order titled “Vaccine Verification for Workers in Schools” requires unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated school employees to be tested at least once weekly. Proof of complete vaccination status must be provided prior to employment, or weekly testing will be required.
