Job Summary
Under the direction of the Principal or Director, assist School Administrative Assistant IV and perform a variety of general clerical support tasks to the school or department office, including registration, student attendance and verification of absences for teaching staff; prepare a variety of reports, records and documents; provide excellent customer service by answering phones and greeting and assisting students, parents, staff and visitors.

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year of general clerical experience. Education may be substituted for work experience.
