Minimum Qualifications: Credential: Appropriate credential authorizing the teaching of students as prescribed by law; Single Subject Credential in English with English Learner authorization Brief Description of Duties: Under direction of the site Principal, provide high-quality instruction in order to assist students to succeed • Uses information about individual students’ academic strengths, needs, and progress in planning • Provide academic service to engage student in work aligned to the California Common Core Standards • Uses resources that will promote high levels of learning and student engagement • Follows established policies and procedures for reporting incidents (e.g., child abuse, bullying, harassment, and violence)
