This position will assist with the timely production and delivery of a multitude of creative collateral materials targeted to a variety of internal and external audiences; including students, parents, alumnae, donors, faculty/staff, and prospective families. Working in partnership with the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, under the direction of the Head of School, the Communications Coordinator ensures the quality, consistency of branding, and presentation of the Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP) publications: the OLP magazine; wayfinding and collateral for events; marketing materials for Advancement and Admissions; and miscellaneous school based event collateral pieces. The Communications Coordinator will ensure that published communications, both hard copy and electronic, reflect the strategic focus, OLP Mission and the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, branding, and the identified knowledge and information needs for OLP constituents. This is a temporary, non-exempt, full-time position through April 2022. OLP offers a generous salary, a friendly/dedicated staff and engaging work environment.

High School Diploma required and a Bachelor’s Degree in a design-related discipline preferred or experience working with design, writing or communications. OLP requires a cover letter, resume, application, and three references. Upon hiring you will be required to submit proof of current (within 6 months) negative TB test or TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire, Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance, Valid CA Driver’s License, and provide official transcripts.
