Under Supervision of a high school Assistant Principal, organizes, supervises coordinates, directs, and participates in a wide variety of moderately complex interrelated clerical and secretarial activities in the High School Assistant Principal's office relieving the Assistant Principal of clerical and administrative detail; and perform related duties as assigned.

Experience: Two years of experience performing varied clerical duties; or one year of experience at or equivalent to the level of Senior Clerk Typist in the Alhambra Unified School District. Desirable Qualifications: Speak a second language on a conversational level. Type at the rate of 50 words per minute from clear, legible copy.
