HBCSD is currently comprised of three school sites, Hermosa View, Hermosa Vista, and Hermosa Valley School. Hermosa Beach City School District is located in a beautiful beach town with a very modern, yet relaxed atmosphere. The Hermosa schools' student body is small and high-achieving. Our parents are active and supportive of their students and the schools. Our staff is friendly and welcoming of new member.
The Instructional Aide, Special Education work year and work days follows the student instructional calendar. This position works on Mondays thru Fridays from approx.8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (30 hours per week) The successful candidate will be eligible for pro-rata 10 sick days and pro-rata 10 vacation days based upon your hourly work schedule each full school year. Experience working with special needs student and/or special education classes.
