The Health Technician supports the school health services, including but not limited to school-wide Covid requirements, vision and hearing screenings, student health plans and files, staff health training materials and events, and student/parent/public communications. Qualified candidate should possess good oral and written communication skills; computer skills; a team player with the ability to problem solve; the ability to follow detailed instructions; and have an understanding of students with special needs with a minimum of first aide training prior to beginning of employment. The candidate will also work 1:1 with a student and guide him/her in instructional practices, curriculum, outside activities, physical education, electives and recess.
