Under the direction of the Principal, perform advanced level secretarial and administrative support duties; provide excellent customer service to administrators, faculty, staff, students, parents and the public; explain program services, policies and procedures; initiate and answer telephone calls; screen and route calls; respond to inquiries and provide information; retrieve and respond to messages as appropriate.

Training and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and five years of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact. A Bachelor's Degree or higher can be substituted for experience. Bilingualism in a designated second language is preferred.
