The Ukiah Unified School District serves approximately 6,000 students, preschoolers through adults. The district comprises six neighborhood elementary schools, two middle schools, and a comprehensive high school. In addition, our district offers an early education preschool, independent learning opportunities for elementary and high school students, an alternative education high school, and an adult learning center. We serve students from the city of Ukiah, and the communities of Redwood Valley, Calpella, and Hopland. Must hold a valid California credential based on a Bachelor's degree and the Basic Skills Requirement or substitute teaching permit or: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a regionally accredited four year college or university AND have completed the Basic Skills Requirement. For more information regarding the Basic Skills Requirement, please refer to leaflet CL-667: http://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/cl667.pdf or: Current enrollment in a regionally accredited four-year California college or university, completion of a minimum of 90 semester units of coursework from a regionally-accredited four-year college or university, and satisfaction of the Basic Skills Requirement Must provide TB clearance Pass DOJ Fingerprint clearance
