OLA School is looking for an instructional assistant who has the heart of a teacher and love for children. The candidate we seek is a team player who has initiative and the skills to work with first grade-aged children and assist them in their academic, social, and emotional needs. You work well with others, and you can take direction from a classroom teacher in a dynamic classroom and school setting. You do all that is needed to assist students individually and in groups, and you assist the teacher in the effective management of the class.
