TEMPORARY 2-year positions Elementary Math Intervention Teachers (for Virginia Peterson & Winifred Pifer Schools) PCN# 220040 (WP) The main focus of this role will be to support mathematics at the Elementary Level. The purpose of this support is to mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on any unfinished learning students may be experiencing and/or support the social-emotional and mental health needs of their students. This role will last for two years and is based on categorical funds received through the Expanded Learning Opportunities. Under the supervision and direction of the principal, the Math Intervention Teacher's primary duties will be working directly with math intervention groups based on school site needs. *Requires a valid California Multi-Subject Teaching Credential
