Classroom Paraeducators needed for Pat Butler PCN#220103 Under the direction of site a site administrator, will assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students; assist in the preparation of instructional materials; provide routine clerical support. Duties will be commensurate with demonstrated ability, training, education and experience.

Education: *High School Graduation or equivalent (required) Must meet one of the following requirements to qualify as a paraeducator: ~48 semester college units required (provide transcripts) ~Pass District Paraeducator Exam ** ~Certificate of Proficiency for Instructional Aides (NCLB certificate) ~College Associates degree or higher ** The District Paraeducator Exam is given every Thursday at 1 p.m. at the PRJUSD District Office (800 Niblick Rd, Paso Robles) EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of the general needs and behavior of children. Experience working in an educational setting (desired)
