REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION INCLUDE: • Knowledge of behavior modification and conflict resolution strategies and techniques. • Knowledge of basic first aid • Knowledge of district and school emergency procedures including fire drills, earthquakes, intruder on campus and others. • Ability to perform effectively and efficiently in situations requiring tact, diplomacy and good judgment. • Ability to monitor students through continuous movement and respond to situations in a quick and timely manner. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
