Open to OUSD employees only. Permanent employees and probationary employees who have served in their probationary period for at least six months or 130 days of actual service, whichever is longer may apply if qualified. - Fifteen (15) semester units or equivalent quarter units in college early childhood education (ECE), human development (HD), or units towards a teaching credential. Three (3) of the units must be in an ECE or HD administration course.
