TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: • Previous experience in operating a transportation department automated routing and scheduling system is desirable. • Minimum of two years clerical office experience. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Possession of an appropriate California Driver’s License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. • Possess a valid California Class A or Class B Driver’s License issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles within thirty days of hire or before driving equipment / vehicle requiring this license. • Current CPR/First Aid Certificates • Possession of a current medical certificate and special certificate to drive a school bus.
