Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: Certificated position (in the event no certificated staff applies, position can be filled by classified person). ? Two or more years of subject matter experience is desirable ? Exhibit strong leadership skills in management of people. ? Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating with and problem solving issues with students, staff, community agencies, and media. ? Exhibit strong organizational skills for managing inventories, budgets, scheduling, and general record keeping related to the job. Performance Responsibilities ? Classroom teaching which may be related to student activities. ? Serve as a liaison between school and community for activities. ? Provide other related duties as may be directed by the supervisor.
