The Vista Unified School District is interested in training employable members from our community to drive school buses. If you are interested in learning a new profession or expand on your current professional driving experiences this is a great opportunity. You must register, by completing the online application, at least one week prior to the first classroom discussion. A $11.00 CHP Handbook fee will be charged on first night of orientation. Additional fees, for state licensing, will be discussed during orientation Students MUST attend all classroom trainings. Class Schedule 2021: October 2 Saturday 6:00am-3:30pm October 3 Sunday 6:00am-3:30pm October 9 Saturday 6:00am-3:30pm October 10 Sunday 6:00am-3:30pm Classes held at the Professional Development Center located at 1250 Arcadia Avenue, Vista, CA 92084. (This building is a converted house with a parking lot in front of the building and faces Arcadia. It is next to the easement road for the main District office parking lot.)
