EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the instruction of students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher as it relates to the Mountain View course of study with strengths in language arts, social studies, reading, mathematics, art, science, physical education, and music.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
DOJ Clearance before first day of duty.
Credentials: The applicant should hold a valid California Teaching credential.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
A desire to create an environment conducive to academic and personal growth and demonstrate the ability to work successfully with culturally diverse student population.

Valid CA Multiple Subject Credential, Education Specialist Instruction Credential, 30-Day Emergency Teacher Permit, or Child Development Teacher Permit. Substitute teachers must be willing to accept middle school and junior high assignments including math, science, and special education.
