EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The position requires an Associate’s degree in a behavioral or social science, education, or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible experience with a community-based social services and behaviorally at-risk students with attendance problems. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and will substitute for some experience. The position requires demonstration of proficiency in translation and interpretation of SPANISH. We serve approximately 27,000 students who come from families that speak 46 languages. Our district includes four comprehensive high schools, five middle schools and 29 elementary schools.
