The impact you will have: The Manager for Early Education supports both state and SDC preschool classes through professional development, supervision, and evaluation of program site employees. The Manger facilitates the compliance with the Community Care Licensing and Council on Accreditation, monitoring office and classroom coverage, and reviewing children’s progress. The Manager has fiscal and compliance responsibility and ensures the implementation of quality, age appropriate instruction. Who you are: A collaborative leader who is forward-thinking and committed to supporting our students, staff, and families. You have outstanding analytical skills and are a problem-solver who follows through in implementing effective solutions with sound judgment. You are able to effectively motivate diverse teams to implement priority initiatives. You bring a customer-service focus, strong organizational skills, and a desire to continuously improve.
