Holy Spirit Parish School, a coeducational parochial school in Sacramento, is seeking a full-time science teacher for the 2021–2022 school year. A bachelor’s degree in mathematics or science is necessary; a master’s degree is preferred. Ideal applicants should be Project Lead the Way certified. This position requires the teacher to design, plan, and execute science lessons and labs directly related to our middle school science curriculum and STEM standards. Candidates should have at least three years of experience teaching in a student-centered classroom, integrating technology in the student learning experience that enhances student experiences and growth. The teacher is responsible for the maintenance of the lab’s STEM equipment and supplies. The candidate should be willing to collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instruction and analyze data to support student learning.
