Job Summary

Job Summary

The Napa County Office of Education’s Community Programs department, working in collaboration with the Wright and Bellevue Union School Districts, implements after school programs in six Santa Rosa schools. We are seeking to fill open Site Supervisor positions. The grant-funded after school program, COOL School, includes three primary components: Academics, Enrichment, and Recreation which take place after school every regular school day until 6 PM. The Program is designed to improve students’ academic performance and connection to school and the greater community, as well as to strengthen students’ extracurricular and social skills. Additionally, the program has an AmeriCorps team that provides supplemental academic and recess support during the school day, after school support in the afternoons, and summer programming during the month of June. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of COOL School and the AmeriCorps Expanded Learning (EXL) programming at an assigned school site. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 4-6 Classroom Leaders (part-time After School staff) and 3-4 AmeriCorps members (full-time Mentors) daily.
