Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director-Transportation, perform journey-level mechanical work in the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and repair of school buses and a variety of large and small diesel, gas and alternative-powered District vehicles and equipment.

Edjoin Application Resume/Summary of Experience Three (3) Letters of Recommendation Education and Experience: • Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and completion of an apprenticeship program in automotive repair and five years of journey-level experience in the maintenance and repair of gasoline, diesel and alternative-powered vehicles and equipment. Licenses and other Requirements • Valid unrestricted California Class A or B driver’s license with appropriate passenger and air brake endorsements. • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates issued by an authorized agency. • Valid School Bus Operator’s Certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol. • Valid medical card. Full time position includes district paid health, dental, and vision insurance benefits up to a $13,000 district contribution.
