      ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Position (K-6): While MPUSD and it’s schools will return to traditional, in-person, five days a week school beginning August 4, 2021, we will be offering instruction via the MPUSD Digital Academy. In this program we will be serving students grades K-6 in an online only format. We are looking for a teacher who will teach a combination K-1 Class and a 2nd grade class. Synchronous instruction will be provided two hours a day for the K-1 class and 2 hours a day for the 2nd grade class. This teacher will also provide ELD and reading and math intervention support. Our ideal candidate must feel confident in providing high quality and personalized instruction in all subject areas, engaging activities for building community and supporting social and emotional learning needs for students. This role demands strong online instructional skills, flexibility and an uncompromising focus on a personalized, student centered learning. Please note, teachers will be expected to report to campus each day to provide instruction and will not be teaching from home.
