Job Summary
The Administrative Support works under the direction of Administration Support Supervisor and is responsible for confidential information, records and data. Serves as information liaison between departments, teaching staff, and general public. The Administrative Support must be highly proficient, professional, and accurate in his/her duties. The Administrative Support will be expected to know the work schedules of the department, relationships of individuals, programs and connections with the school, and how to handle routine matters.

Horizon Charter Schools is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Support II to work at the location of 2800 Nicolaus Road, Suite 100, Lincoln, CA 95648. HCSCA Salary Schedule Step: 29 $19.04 an hr., (5 Steps), 8 hours per day, five (5) days a week, 215 workdays. Health Benefits Include Health, Dental, and Vision for employee and family. PERS Retirement. Bargaining Unit Position.
