Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The first duty of the school director of TEAM Charter will be to live in and promote the mission and vision. The school director will be the educational leader of TEAM Charter. The Director of Education will be responsible for the planning, implementation, supervision, and assessment of all educational endeavors of the school. Dedicated to the vision, growth, and priorities of TEAM Charter. Strong understanding of the social, cultural and emotional developments that are variables in education and commitment to providing an equitable education for students. Ability to oversee and support curriculum development, using sound educational theories, technology, and modern educational approaches. Able to interpret policy, procedures, and data. Exceptional management, interpersonal, and communication skills; a strong motivator.
