In a unique collaborative effort between two sister districts in the heart of Silicon Valley with shared history, but two very different realities, Ravenswood City School District and Menlo Park City School District invite applicants from a wide spectrum of backgrounds to apply for a grant-funded "Coordinator of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion." The 1.0 FTE position will be shared equally between the two districts, but paid from MPCSD. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to and experience with leading diverse teams toward their shared equity goals in a context that is unique, complicated, and full of promise. This is a wonderful opportunity for a courageous leader to do noteworthy and timely work, which if successful, can become a model for districts seeking to honor and support the voices and stories of all their families.
