Job Summary
The guidance technician will support the high school team, records department, and the enrollment/data team in several areas: -manage all transcripts -enter all courses/grades on transcripts (course modifiers, etc.) -work with the records department to obtain transcripts from previous schools -work with the enrollment/data team to add information for new students (school counselor information, grade level, etc.) -maintain master roster for student information, including A-G course completion, missing/received transcripts, awards, graduation dates, special populations information -enter community college courses and grades (when applicable) -check student report card error reports and finalize grades for high school transcripts -special projects (student information system, etc) -uploading documents into the student information system (transcripts, concurrent enrollment forms, etc). -other related duties as needed
