Job Summary

Under direction of the School Director, develop MTSS behavioral and SEL programs, provide behavioral and educational counseling to individuals and small groups of students; assist students in understanding and seeking solutions to social, emotional, or academic problems and issues; serve as a resource to cultivate strategies to manage and improve student behavior, foster student motivation and manage emotions, address student welfare, encourage consistent attendance; and other related functions as required. KEY AREA/JOB FUNCTIONS: - Supporting a Positive, High Achieving Community Culture - Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) / Coordination of Services Team (COST) - Direct Services Provided to Students and Families General Education
