Job Summary
Next Gen Math, LLC seeks a full-time Professional Development and Customer Relations Facilitator to support at various levels within the company including the delivery of professional development, providing customer support to users, supporting sales efforts and responding to inquiries about the platform. We are looking for a team player who is engaging, customer-focused and detail-oriented. Skills required for this position include: -Present training material in an energetic and engaging format -Ability to create or customize training material and "how-to" guides -Proficient at applying adult learning theory to presentations and training materials -Ability to lesson plan and deliver lessons online or in person -Confidence in teaching adult learners and navigating instructional technology -Adept at learning and understanding software applications -Well-versed and efficiently-skilled with Google Docs and Google Meet, Zoom -Effective communication skills in various mediums including video, audio and written materials -Working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Math and the Standards for Mathematical Practice -Familiarity with basic mathematics instructional pedagogy for grades K-8 -Write and/or create mathematics word problems for grades K-8 -Curriculum design and development Candidates must: -Be a positive, collaborative and creative team player -Possesses a willingness to help the team in any capacity -Be an eager learner Position Perks -Extensive paid training mentorship on a well designed training protocol -Hybrid of working from home conducting online presentations and traveling for live presentations -Expense reimbursement for business related travel and activities -3% non-elective 401 (K) -Profit Sharing Plan -Medical, dental and vision insurance -15 days paid vacation plus holidays
