TOSA-MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support - Teacher on Special Assignment) PCN# New Under the direction of the Director of Student Services, the MTSS (Multi-tiered System of Support) Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and refinement of instructional strategies and MTSS systems at the school and district level. By fostering a climate of shared responsibility and shared commitment, the TOSA will support school communities, starting with Title 1 schools, in the implementation of evidence-based practices and programs; promoting the use of collaborative planning and problem solving; modeling the use of data to drive decision making; seeking, providing, and supporting professional development opportunities, and working to implement curricular programs across the district.
